From this page you can purchase sets of loops in Winzip™ (aka "zip") format file(s), each of which contain a collection of DRM-free MP3 loops at various bitrate encoding for you to use in The Zen Machine™ or your own MP3 player (imagine that!) The encoding standards are 192 and 256Kbs CBR ("Constant Bit Rate") and 160-2240Kbs VBR ("Variable Bit Rate") which you can use according to the capabilities of your player or The Zen Machine™. Purchasing The Zen Machine™ guarantees you will be able to play all formats.

The loops come in two formats: one is each individual loop, each of which are 15 seconds to 3 minutes long, and there is also an approximately 10 minute long version of each loop repeated. This allows you to play a single loop repeatedly with The Zen Machine™ or your player if it has "repeat track/song" capabilities, or you can play the longer versions and set some or all of them to play on "shuffle" or "random" play. This will add changes and variety to the sounds as you listen to them, making the listening experience more diverse and dynamic.

If you are a musician, artist, or in any way would like to use these loops in some form of derivative work, they are protected by the Creative Commons License "NoDeriv" clause but we have made arrangements with various musicians to allow licensed use of these loops in derivative works. Please see our Legalese Page for more details, and in most cases we're quite sure something can be worked out.

Note that each set of loops is priced according to the agreement with the artist as well as to reflect the amount of time and effort put into creating the loops, and upon purchase, you will have 24 hours to download them. If for some reason you are unable to download them within that period, please contact us at support@loop-o-mat.com and if your purchase checks out, we can help arrange to send the loops directly to you via email or reset the download process for a short period.
